Ambassador of the IREB Community Italy
Cristina is a highly experienced professional specializing in Requirements Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance. With a strong technical background and leadership experience, she has contributed to the success of numerous initiatives across the telecommunications, media, energy, and IT consulting sectors.
Cristina holds multiple certifications in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis, including IREB Foundation and Practitioner and IQBBA Foundation.
Her expertise spans requirements analysis, process improvement, and business analysis, and she has supported organizations in advancing the discipline of Requirements Engineering.
Currently, Cristina works in a multi-national company as Senior Project Manager, Consultant, and Trainer, helping clients enhance their software development practices with a strong focus on requirements quality, stakeholder alignment, and process maturity. She delivers certification preparation courses for IREB (Foundation and Practitioner) and IQBBA, and supports organizations in post-training coaching to ensure the effective application of requirements engineering principles and best practices, to improve software processes and product quality.
Her work also includes software lifecycle assessments based on CMMI and TMMi, with a focus on aligning requirements practices with organizational goals.
She is IREB Community Ambassador for Italy and actively participates in activity related to translation and management of Italian official IREB documentation.
