The foundation of our community

The IREB community is made up of various building blocks.

There are organizational units to support targeted and efficient collaboration in the areas in which specific content is developed. The most important of these are local communities, working groups, and special interest groups (SIGs).

Local communities

Our local communities support us worldwide in promoting awareness of Requirements Engineering and Digital Design skills. Get involved and campaign for these issues in your country!

The following local communities are currently active: Brazil, China, France, Italy, Mauritius, Poland.

Working groups

The IREB working groups ensure the high educational standards of IREB's certification programs. They develop and refine the content so that it remains relevant and meets our high quality standards.

Help design and contribute directly to the educational standards that shape our industry!

Special interest groups

In our special interest groups (SIGs), we focus on key topics that are of great importance to the community. The contributions of the SIGs provide decisive impetus for the further development of our certification programs.
