Nuno Santos is an experienced Requirements Engineer and Business Analyst. His interests are in elicitation and modeling, business modeling and business agility.
He started his career almost 20 years ago, with past experience in Manufacturing, Cloud, Autonomous Vehicles, and Procurement sectors. Throughout this time, he worked with requirements elicitation, requirements management, project management, mentoring, trainer, and product management. He has experience in both academia and industrial worlds.
He holds a PhD in Information Technologies and Systems from the University of Minho (Guimarães, Portugal), with a thesis on requirements modeling in agile methodologies. He also holds certifications from IIBA, Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org.
Besides his professional background in software and digital projects, he also worked as an invited professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (Portugal), and as a trainer for certification preparation courses of IIBA and PMI. He authored dozens of scientific conference articles, journals and book chapters. Also contributed for IREB's RE the magazine, and chapters as IIBA Brazil and IREB Community Brasil.
