I am an expert in processes and organization in the fields of industry, services, IT and social institutions. Based on my many years of experience in organizational and IT projects in these areas, I support and accompany the design and transformation of digital solutions.
My focus is on process recording and modulation (BPMN), analysis of media and organizational breaks, creation of requirement catalogues from the user's point of view (use cases), project management and digital management.
