Salvatore has over thirty years of experience in the software factory for large companies, where he served as Director and VP, with responsibility for product line.
In 2007 he became director of the program for the introduction of Agile Transformation in the R&D of a multinational telecommunications company in Italy, and he was a member of the international team of Agile Coaches for the same company.
Salvatore has been a Certified Scrum Master since 2008, he is PSM II and PSPO I.
Currently, as a freelancer, he has been providing management consulting services since 2010, primarily on processes and organization of software engineering.
Salvatore was co-founder in 2007 of ITA-STQB, the association that certifies ICT professionals in the field of software engineering in Italy, of which he is currently a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for the programs.
He is IREB Community Ambassador for Italy.
