Gunnar Harde is a Principal Consultant who supports companies in establishing and developing their requirements management in critical software development projects. Other consulting areas of focus include product management and organisational design.
He has many years of experience in software development and IT consulting and has held various roles as Product Owner and Chief Product Owner. Previous positions have taken him to Volkswagen AG, where he was head of the ‘IT Innovations’ department and responsible for software development on the specialist side, and to the VDA Think Tank AQI.
Gunnar Harde is a certified Scrum Professional PO and Requirements Engineer. At IREB, he is involved in the Special Interest Group #AIREB, where he heads the subgroup ‘Prompt Guide for Requirements Engineering’.
He studied physics in Oldenburg and Dunedin (New Zealand).
