Ambassador IREB Community Switzerland
Dennis Woyke is an experienced expert in digitalization projects in the public sector and healthcare. He applies his expertise in Requirements Engineering (RE) and Digital Design to ensure project success. His interest in these disciplines began with his first experiences obtaining the CPRE-FL certification. Since then, he has continuously expanded his knowledge, acquiring all available advanced RE certifications and actively applying and sharing his expertise in projects.
Dennis is not only committed to his own professional development but also supports the growth of his colleagues. He trains and mentors employees within his organization, enabling them to receive a structured RE education that they can directly apply in their daily work. Additionally, he is an active member of the Community of Practice for Requirements Engineering at his company, where he collaborates with colleagues to establish a common RE standard based on CPRE principles.
His personal mission is to further promote the CPRE standard in Switzerland to minimize project risks and ensure early consideration of stakeholder needs. He pursues this goal in two ways: first, by increasing awareness of the CPRE standard, and second, by supporting the certification of business analysts and requirements engineers, strengthening their competencies and fostering a broader application of the standard. After all, a defined standard does not thrive solely through its existence but through its active use and continuous development within an engaged community.
Beyond his work in RE, Dennis contributes to the DDP working group, supporting the revision and enhancement of the Digital Design Professional syllabus. Additionally, he serves as Vice Ambassador of the IREB Community Switzerland and as an Associate Member of CPRE, allowing him to share his expertise within a growing network of professionals.
