Ellen Volkert is a Managing Consultant with many years of experience in complex software development projects. Her focus is on Requirements Engineering, which she complements with solid expertise in agile software development, IT project management, and test management.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in implementing complex IT initiatives, from initial requirements analysis to the successful rollout of software solutions. She supports organizations in systematically eliciting requirements, documenting them precisely, aligning them with stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable implementation. She places particular emphasis on effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and targeted scopemanagement.
Her project experience spans multiple industries, particularly banking, insurance, and the semiconductor sector. This enables her to quickly understand business requirements, consider regulatory frameworks, and develop tailored solutions for diverse business contexts.
