Ingo Waclawczyk has been working at the intersection of digital applications, companies and strategies since 2006, with a particular focus on people in their role as social beings. He is an IREB Digital Design Professional and works at Capgemini as a Managing UX Professional in complex transformation projects for public administration, insurance companies and banks.
He is concerned with the questions of how communication works in the digital age and how digital technology can be made more user friendly. In doing so, he constantly endeavors to understand people as individuals and as part of the whole. To this end, he also seeks inspiration in the humanities and social sciences such as sociology, psychology and economics.
He is co-author of the specialist book ‘User Experience and Sustainability - Understanding the Status Quo, Shaping the Future’ and regularly gives lectures on current digital design topics.
