HSPI SpA is a management consulting company, born in May 2003 on the initiative of a small group of professionals, able to support customers in realizing change processes that involve people, organizations and technologies.
It gives its Customers the support needed to complete and design a specific complex strategy and, most of all, to realize in a rational and efficient way technologic, operational and organizational changes generated by Information & Communication Technology.
The business plan has steadily been growing in value and diversification, through results that have allowed renewing the trust of our customers year after year.
Nowadays the society is part of the TXT Group and counts more than 260 professionals, including managers with significant experience in management consulting, as well as young talents. HSPI revenues go over 30M €.

- ISO 9001:2015, EA 35-37 sectors, for the provision of management and organizational consultancy services and training activities;
- ISO 37001:2016 for its corruption prevention system;
- ISO/IEC 27001:2013 on information security management;
- ISO 14001:2015 for its environmental management system;
- ISO 45001:2018 for its employees’ health and safety management system;
- SA8000:2014 for its social responsibility management system and UNI/PdR 125:2022 for Gender Equality;
- ISO 14064-1:2019 for greenhouse gas emissions related to internal activities.
The society works on national territory, with three offices: Bologna, Rome and Milan.
CONSULTING
Using the ICT to renew and obtain efficiency does not only require the employment of technologies, but also actions on the organization.
HSPI is composed by a team of professionals able to obtain a quickly comprehension of the context, to involve all the critic stakeholders and to facilitate the decisional processes. Its professionals oversee the fundamental competences to support the Direction: planning and budgeting, performance management, contract management, organizational design and integrated processes management with change management.
HSPI vision is reflected on an offer that is focused on three service lines: IT Governance, Business Consulting and Digital Innovation.
TRAINING
Beside management consulting, HSPI provides also training to organizations through a catalogue aimed at developing integrated management and specialized skills. The development of these skills fosters alignment between business and technical/operational functions. Training is also oriented to prepare attendees to certification on the most relevant best practices and standards.
Trainers are HSPI professional, highly trained, certified and experienced. Training Experiential methodology is proposed, which favors learning through innovative teaching tools such as business simulation and ad hoc exercises.
