Baseline Skills: Introduction
A requirement is either verifiable or it isn't. A traceability matrix is either current or it's a document that used to be accurate. We built Baseline Skills around that same standard: training either changes what you can do on the job, or it was a day out of the office.
We measure success the same way our own course content asks you to measure a requirement — not by whether it sounds right, but by whether it holds up when someone tests it. Every course leaves with tools your team can use in the next sprint, the next review, the next audit — not a binder that goes on a shelf.
That standard is also why we're a marketplace rather than a single training company. No one instructor is the best fit for IREB CPRE, IIBA business analysis, INCOSE systems engineering, and ASPICE assessment all at once — so we don't ask one to be. Every instructor on Baseline Skills is accredited specifically against the standard they teach, vetted directly with the certifying body, and brings real delivery experience in that discipline — not a general training background stretched across disciplines it wasn't built for.
We hold every course to the same three questions: Can a participant actually use this the day they're back at their desk? Does it hold up against the certifying body's own quality criteria, not just our own opinion of quality? And would we be comfortable if a customer's own quality assessor sat in the room? If the answer to any of those is no, the
course doesn't ship.

The content of the course is good as it provides good overview of the requirements engineering process. The examples and case study helped me gain the knowledge which I can confidently apply.
