Salvatore Reale has more than twentyfive years experience in software engineering, and in particular in R&D for large corporations, where he served as Director and VP, with responsibility for product line.
Since 2007, he spent significant part of his work as manager of the program for Agile Transformation in the R&D of a multinational TLC company in Italy. From 2008 to 2010 he was a member of the international team of Agile Coaches for the same company.
Salvatore is a Certified Scrum Master since 2008 and is one of the first to have achieved certification as a Scrum Professional in Italy. Currently, as a freelancer, provides consulting, within which Agile Coaching and Training are the most important items.
Salvatore is co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of ITA-STQB, which is the association that in Italy carries out the certification of professionals in the areas of software engineering.
As Vice-Chair of REQB®, he leaded the development of the Agile Practitioner syllabus to introduce the certification for requirements engineers in agile organizations.
