Guilherme Siqueira Simões is a partner at FATTO Software Consulting www.fattocs.com and an experienced consultant in Requirements Engineering, software measurement, estimation, and process improvement. He has worked with organizations in several countries, helping them improve business analysis practices, Requirements engineering processes, measurement programs, and outsourcing governance.
He is co-author of the books “Requirements Engineering: Business-Oriented Software” and “Function Point Analysis: Software Measurement and Estimation”, both published in Portuguese and later released in English and Spanish editions.
Guilherme holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and postgraduate qualifications in Business Management and Data Science. He is a Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE-FL) by IREB, a Function Point Specialist (CFPS) certified by IFPUG, a COSMIC Certified Professional (CC-FL), a Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, and a Software Tester (CTFL) by ISTQB.
