A graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He has many years of experience in working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master and Requirements Engineer.
Radek is a practitioner. He works with IT teams on a daily basis. He also conducts training in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
He has carried out projects in organizations of various sizes, from small start-ups to international corporations and for various industries (including banking, education and medical).
In his work, he follows the commonly recognized standards described in BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) and defined by IREB (International Requirements Engineering Board).
Member of SJSI (Association for the Quality of Information Systems) and the IIBA Poland Chapter. Co-founder of Itability.pl and author of the 4BA.pl / 4BA.eu blog.
